Welcome to calleva community energy

The Community Owned Energy Hub

We are a community energy hub, founded in the heart of Calleva Park, Aldermaston, Berkshire in 2013. We develop community owned renewable energy, including rooftop solar and small solar farms. We invest our surplus to help improve energy efficiency and cut carbon emissions amongst our partners and our local neighbourhood. We are passionate in our ambition to help our community reach net carbon zero.

Icentrum Birmingham
We started with rooftop solar PV on Calleva Park and our first arrays were installed in 2014. We now own and manage eighteen solar installations, including two sites in the Birmingham Science Park - Faraday Wharf and iCentrum.

Our first energy efficiency projects have been in Calleva Park too. We have paid for LED lighting and roof insulation for our property partners, helping them cut costs and carbon.

Our community work has included projects with Citizens Advice Tadley, supporting energy payment schemes. We have also completed energy efficiency audits to help community organisations such as the Tadley Community Centre cut their costs and carbon emissions.
